| We have many kinds of shrimp. Generally the larger the shrimp the more costly it is. The numbers with the items below reflect the count of shrimp per pound, for example, 31/40 shrimp will have between 31 and 40 shrimp per pound. A U before a number means that there will be Under that many shrimp per pound. The sizes (from largest to smallest) are as follows: U/10, U/12, U/15, 16/20, 21/25, 26/30, 31/40, 41/50 and 71/90. "P & D" means peeled and deveined. Cooked shrimp come in smaller sizes as well, up to 300/500. We carry shrimp from Mexico and Ecuador (5-pound boxes) and Black Tiger Shrimp (4-pound boxes) in most sizes. We also have many other types of shrimp available, as shown below.
